Shipping Policy

At Valunno, we're happy to offer free standard shipping on every order shipped to the United Kingdom and Germany. If you have any questions about your shipment, reach out to us at hellovalunno@gmail.com.

Where We Ship
This policy covers orders being delivered to the United Kingdom and Germany. At this time, we're unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any destination outside of these two countries.

Fulfillment and Shipping Origin
Valunno is a US-based company. To get orders to you as efficiently as possible, we work with logistics partners and fulfillment centers, so the location your package ships from may not match our business address. By placing an order, you're agreeing that it may be fulfilled and shipped from an international warehouse rather than directly from the US.

Processing Time
Once payment goes through, orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. If your order comes in after 5:00 PM Central European Time, it'll begin processing the next business day.

Transit and Delivery Time
Standard shipping usually takes 6 to 12 business days in transit. All together, you can expect delivery within roughly 7 to 14 business days of placing your order, though this can shift depending on your location and warehouse availability. These windows are estimates, not guarantees, actual delivery times may run a bit longer during busier seasons or due to factors outside our control.

Order Tracking
Every order ships with tracking included. As soon as your package is on its way, we'll email you a confirmation with your tracking number so you can follow its progress.

If Your Order Is Delayed
We work hard to hit our estimated delivery windows, but occasionally things like weather, carrier backups, or high order volume can cause delays. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, reach out to us right away and we'll help sort it out.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your package gets lost in transit or shows up damaged, email us at hellovalunno@gmail.com with your order number and, if it's damaged, a few photos. We'll look into it and get you a replacement or a full refund as fast as we can.
